DATA STORAGE

We would like to point out that for the purpose of providing the service and for later contract processing, the operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in cookies, as well as the customer’s name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and credit card number.

The data you provide is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the price. In addition to data from our customers to fulfil legal obligations – especially with regard to the quality of service expected from us – we also store data that was communicated to us during a previous stay, for example a preferred room category, desired newspapers or information about any allergies. We only collect, process or use personal data from you if you provide it to us voluntarily and if it is permitted by law or you have consented. This usually happens when you enter into a business relationship with us or make an inquiry to us.

In order to guarantee a first-class service quality, your data will remain stored with us beyond the legally prescribed period of 7 years (or 10 years in the case of warranty issues). In this context, we expressly draw your attention to your right of revocation, through which you can request the deletion of your data stored by us at any time.

COOKIES

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

If you do not want this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Analytical cookies are used to gain insight into how visitors use the website, which topics they came to the website through, which topics or posts are particularly interesting and relevant in order to continually improve the service provided. In addition to pages visited, referring pages and exit pages, data such as length of stay and click activities can also be stored.

WEB ANALYSIS

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service CheckEffect . Cookies are used to enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of the automatically collected data by Google Inc, its representatives and third parties.
